I just bought an Epson 705HD from Richard. He gave me good advice, tailored for my needs - even if they didn't translate in a huge order. He's passionate about his field of expertise.
From what other sellers told me, the 705HD was "back order for five weeks or more" at Epson Canada. Richard told me he would have some in a week, but made it clear he didn't promise anything. It was may call. I made the move with a very reasonable deposit. And I received my projector and accessories within a week :-)
Great company. I'll do business again with them anytime.

I bought a Panasonic AE3000 projector and an Elite Screen from Richard. He often takes a few days to get back to you because he is probably so busy dealing with clients and referrals - the wait is definitely worth it! He recommended he Panasonic as well as the Elite Screen, and both are amazing. Richard knows his stuff and is very helpful. I would not go anywhere else to buy theatre equipment.

My decision to finally purchase a PJ took almost 6 months. Richard replied to all my emails requesting information and even though I changed direction several times, he was always courteous and informative. Emailed him the night before, bought before 11am the next day and got the ae3000 and screen the next freaking day. rich had a great deal. 10% off screen a $100 less than my local M/O and had a special free bulb. ya i am a loser like you, researching , looking for the best price, comparing. i cant see how rich can let you down.

"On Friday, Dec. 15. I contacted ""Richard"" at Quebec Acoustic and made a deal for a PLV-Z5 + universal mount + free bulb from Sanyo. Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He promised delivery would be quick - it was. UPS delivered the mount and projector before noon three days later on Monday, Dec. 18. The bulb arrived two days later Dec. 20. This is not a grey market product. It is fully backed by Sanyo Canada. I would not take a chance with U.S. purchases when a superb dealer like Quebec Acoustic is offering excellent deals and service right here in Canada."
