I bought the JVC DLA-RS55 and besides this being one hell of a projector, I got one hell of a deal, and expertise from Richard, who is extremely knowledgable about matters concerning home theatre. They are also expert on Screen Goo, and compared Grandview with the underlying wall finished in Screen Goo (Screen Goo won the contest, being brighter and sharper than the Grandview). Where else can you get knowledge and A-B comparisons like that? Screen Goo is a big secret, and available from these guys. It is what large, professional wall-screens use, and gets you enormous screens for a good price. Lastly, Richard solved a cable problem on the fly (it caused flicker, and was a new cable, not purchased at Quebec Acoustics, and was a diagnostically difficult problem in HDMI cabling). Overall, I highly recommend Quebec Acoustics from my above experience. Will continue to deal with them.

I bought an Epson 3010 from Quebec Acoustic. The service provided by Richard was Awesome. The product reached me in less than 20 hrs. I doubt if any other providers across Canada will do it as quick as Richard/Quebec Acoustic. Also Richard was able to explain each and every question that i had on the product. You will get the best technical help from Richard regarding the product you buy. And the price that Richard provided me was the best in Canada. Gr8 Service and excellent communication. Thumbs up to Richard and Quebec Acoustic. I would recommend Quebec Acoustic for any product they sell.

Décidé à réaliser un rêve de longue date et de m'offrir un système de projection pour une véritable expérience de cinéma maison, j'ai entrepris il y a quelques semaines des recherches afin de trouver la solution idéale à ma situation et mes besoins. Heureusement, j'ai rapidement découvert Québec Acoustique et j'ai eu plusieurs conversations avec Richard pour m'aider à comprendre les enjeux et à chaque appel il a réussi à m'apporter la solution au problème du moment, de telle sorte que je suis parvenu à obtenir un système idéal pour mon environnement. Avant de passer à l'achat, je voulais avoir une bonne démonstration. Je me suis rendu dans les locaux de Québec Acoustique où Richard et son équipe ont tout mis en oeuvre pour que je puisse visionner et tester tout ce que je voulais durant tout l'après-midi, qui a été très plaisant! Bref, un service et une expertise comme on n'en trouve plus, merci à toute l'équipe!

Après de nombreuses recherches sur Internet, nous (ma femme et moi) sommes allé vous rencontrer directement … Vous avez pris le temps de bien nous expliquer, dans un langage simple et nous conseiller selon les espaces que nous avions, le type d’appareil qui convenait le mieux à nos besoins. Finalement, les ÉCONOMIES dans le Budget de Départ… On n’achète pas ce que l’on n’a pas de besoin… L’installation fut très simple et qu’elle plaisir que nous avons de profiter de cet achat : Epson 8350, Écran de 120’, et Système de Cinéma Maison ONKYO HT-R690… Quelle Merveille… Mille fois merci! Merci Richard J'admire ta patience et ton excellent service. Ton site web m'a été utile pour mes décisions surtout pour les écrans. Mon mixe écran grand view fixe screen et Epson 8700 réponds a mes attentes que ce soit avec mon blueray ou expressvu hd. He oui j'écoute la tv avec 92 dig d'écran pas de comparaison avec la tv normal. J'ai fait du shopping et je suis heureux de mon choix comme détaillant. En passant Détaillant Epson tres recommandé par Epson Canada. Livraison en moins de 48h bravo

Reste a l'ecoute des besoins, et a reussi malgres les difficultes d'approvisionnement a obtenir dans un delai raisonnable le modele souhaite a un prix concurentiel. I recently purchased an Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8700UB from Richard at Quebec Acoustic. The process of purchase, advice and finally delivery were top notch. Really, no bull, these guys do care about their customers and will go to great lengths to help you get exactly what you need. The projector itself was fantastic. I had wanted a more expensive model but after Richard explained the pros and cons, I bought exactly what I need. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Bonjour , voici l'expérience que j'ai eu avec Quebec accoustique , Je n'aime pas acheter via internet alors je communique avec eux et il me dise qui n'a aucun problème que je peux me déplacer sur les lieux . Je me présente et rencontre Patrice . Il me donne des conseil sur le type de projecteur avec le mon budget que je lui avait mentionner . J,était a mon troisieme projecteur et je connaisais tres bien les spécification des distance et de la projections , tout les information qu'il mon mentionner était exacte et j'ai fait l'achat.Ces la première fois que les informations donné ont été exacte sur les applications du système de projection . Merci Je vous conseil de faire fois
