I bought a Sanyo PLV-Z2000 from Quebec Acoustic. The price was great, a few hundred less than any retailer here in Sherbrooke, Qc (for the rare sellers who do sell projectors). It was very easy to get in contact and order my projector. The payment and the shipping went well. Everything was perfect and I am now enjoying my projector! I would not hesitate to recommand it to a friend or to buy again!

I purchased a Sanyo Z1 from Richard in Oct '03. Unit was unfortunately damaged in shipping. Sanyo was hesitant to offer me a replacement unit, preferring instead to repair the dmaged PJ. I didn't care to pay full price for what would have amounted to a refurbed projector, but thankfully, Richard offered in the end to ship a brand-new replacement. Great service! Just last week I ordered an Epson 720 to replace the aging Z1. Placed my order on Thursday afternoon, arrived at my door, and fully intact, via UPS on Monday afternoon. More really good service from Richard. Very fair prices, clear communication, quick turn-around, and a fully authorized dealer, to boot (no grey-market goods here). You may conduct your transaction with full confidence. I know where I'll be buying my next PJ from. Viva Quebec Acoustic!

In 2001 I used ProjectorCentral to request quotes from half a dozen dealers. Only one was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and competitive - Richard Desjardins of Quebec Acoustic. He took the time to look at photos of my cinema room-to-be and to make recommendations. For several years I had a great set-up. Early 2008 I asked Richard for suggestions for a new projector. Again he was knowledgeable and helpful, without applying any pressure. When I made a decision, the unit was shipped the next day and arrived the day after that. The set-up was straightforward, as promised, and my family and I are delighted with the picture. Quebec Acoustic is the best supplier I have, of any high-value product/service, in any industry. You will not be disappointed.
