Just received the Epson Home 1080 UB. Initial internet inquiry and order were followed up with rapidly and courteously by Richard. He phoned me within a few minutes after I emailed that I wanted to order the Epson. He explained that they were all going to the CES Show and therefor they would be closed for the week. He also told me that they had sold their current stock and more would be coming in a few days or a couple of weeks. Got an email from UPS on Monday (9 days after I ordered it) telling me my parcel was on the way. Next day it was delivered late afternoon. Incredible service. Very impressed with this company. Great courteous follow-up, competitive pricing and prompt delivery. Box arrived in perfect condition. Plugged it in and watched Ratatouille on Blu-Ray. Incredible experience. Thanks Richard and Quebec Acoustic. You got my future business.

To me the measure of a vendor (Quebec Acoustic) is not how they are when things are good but their reaction when something is not right. I was one of those few folks who had a problem with my order. I phoned Richard (Quebec Acoustic) and explained my situation. Immediately Richard took over and before the end of the business day the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Having waited for prices to come down I was pleased that Richard was on top of features and availability of new models and influence my choices for the better.
