This was the third major projecotor purchase from Richard. I alway get excellent advice, the best prices and prompt delivery. Quebec Acoustic is also an authorized dealer for the products they sell and so I've never had issues with warranty. The other advantage from me (because I reside in Ontario) is that I don't have to pay PST so tend to save another 8%.

5 years ago, I was looking for a uber-universal remote, and I remember this guy gave me a lot of time to simply discuss things. That was so not typical of audio/video stores that were all about selling as fast as possible and moving on to another customer. Anyway, fast foward 5 years. I was looking for a new projector, and definitely remembered this guy. Not only was he still very much alive, but he was still extremely helpful. He gave me the best price, and was very fast and prompt to get back to me with answers and equipment I needed. My last purchase: Epson PowerLite 1080 projector. Thanks Richard ! --- A little bit in French :-) ---- J'ai fait affaire avec AudioCentre (anciennement sur Cote de Liesse) et avec Kebecson sur Saint-Denis dans le pass?.
