Quebec Acoustic did it again for me! After buying a Sanyo PLV-Z4 two years ago from Richard, I upgraded to the Epson 1080UB following the recommandations of Richard. Let me tell you, this projector is amazing! Richard really helped me make the right choice for my needs. I researched the product and prices around North America. And, as a Canadian, dealing with our dollar, and border sales, issues, found Quebec Acoustic's to be on par with the best in U.S. prices.

Bought an Epson 6100 on December 30th and received it on the 31st. Incredibly fast turn-around (and saved the PST by buying from Quebec). Prior to makign my purchase, Richard at Quebec Accoustic was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions promptly and efficiently even during what was obviously a very busy season (he even took the time to pre-calculate my entire purchase price down to the penny which was very helpful in price comparing). I would highly recommend QuebecAcoustic again.

I bought the JVC DLA-RS55 and besides this being one hell of a projector, I got one hell of a deal, and expertise from Richard, who is extremely knowledgable about matters concerning home theatre. They are also expert on Screen Goo, and compared Grandview with the underlying wall finished in Screen Goo (Screen Goo won the contest, being brighter and sharper than the Grandview). Where else can you get knowledge and A-B comparisons like that? Screen Goo is a big secret, and available from these guys. It is what large, professional wall-screens use, and gets you enormous screens for a good price. Lastly, Richard solved a cable problem on the fly (it caused flicker, and was a new cable, not purchased at Quebec Acoustics, and was a diagnostically difficult problem in HDMI cabling). Overall, I highly recommend Quebec Acoustics from my above experience. Will continue to deal with them.
