I purchased the new JVC RS10. Richard shipped it out air so I'd have it a good week before Christmas. Unfortunately, there was a defect in the vertical lense shift requiring it to be replaced. Given the limited supply of these new projectors, the flight disruptions due to snow storms across the country, and the fact it was now 3 days before Christmas, my odds of gettting a replacement quickly were very slim. However, somehow Richard managed to do it. I had a replacement arrive via air by noon the next day. Great service! Pricing is one thing. But knowing the service and support is there in case something goes wrong is extremely important. Especially when making a fairly significant purchase. I highly recommend Quebec Acoustic. I strongly recommend Quebec Acoustic. For my third purchase from Quebec Acoustic, I chose the Epson 6500UB projector that I received on December 24th just in time for Christmas. A couple of years ago we bought a Stewart 110" Electric screen from QA. About a month after install the screen developed a wrinkle in a corner. Richard worked with Stewart Screens to get us a replacement screen asap (no additional shipping charges). The exchange was quick and no cost to us - we were very pleased. Prices and selection are good, but more importantly, after sales service was excellent also! Highly recommended. Karl

When spending multiple $1,000s on a product it is important to have confidence in the seller. I found Richard to be very helpful, patient and honest.
The projector (1080 UB) was very competitively priced and the HDMI cables were priced WAY lower than the "chain" stores.
I can say without hesitation that I would order from Quebec acoustic again.
