Purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z5 projector from Quebec Acoustic March 26, 2007. Very pleased with the service and quick email responses from Richard. Price was excellent and appreciate Richard's willingness to share his projector knowledge. Great service and customer follow through! Will buy from Richard again.

"I just purchased a Sanyo Z5 from Richard. What an awesome machine. The picture is great and the contrast is just as good as my DLP (Optoma H27). I can even watch TV during the day on a 122"" diagonal screen which is just a white wall (although it is not too bright). The zoom allows 120"" at only 13.5 feet and that isn't even full zoom. Think about it, that is like 9 40"" screens. I was a little concerned about purchasing something so big over the internet, so I ended calling Richard directly. He was great to deal with and offered excellent advice for making a screen. I ordered the unit and had it the next day. I would totally recommend Quebec Acoustic. Richard is great to deal with and his prices are great too. I can't wait for the playoffs in HD. Thanks Richard."

I purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z5 from Richard at Quebec Acoustic three weeks ago. Dealing with Richard was a treat. Customer service was excellent and shipping was extremely fast. I ordered on a Friday and received the projector on the following Monday. And the projector is stunning. "On Friday, Dec. 15. I contacted ""Richard"" at Quebec Acoustic and made a deal for a PLV-Z5 + universal mount + free bulb from Sanyo. Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He promised delivery would be quick - it was. UPS delivered the mount and projector before noon three days later on Monday, Dec. 18. The bulb arrived two days later Dec. 20. This is not a grey market product. It is fully backed by Sanyo Canada. I would not take a chance with U.S. purchases when a superb dealer like Quebec Acoustic is offering excellent deals and service right here in Canada."

While I (like most) like the prices you can get shopping on the net, I was a little apprehensive about buying a big ticket item like a projector over the net. My biggest fear was, what if something goes wrong; will I get the customer support I need? Having read good reviews on Richard’s customer service I decided to take a chance and purchased a Panasonic 900 from Quebec Acoustic. Unfortunately for me, and through no fault of Quebec Acoustic, I soon realized my worst fears, my new projector had a manufacturing problem. Richard’s handling of my problem was excellent. After I reported my concerns, Richard immediately shipped me a replacement projector. Note, this is before he received back the unit I was returning. Further, he paid for all the additional shipping costs, both ways. I could not have been happier with how I was treated and the customer service I received. Bottom-line, I received a very competitive price with truly excellent customer service from Richard; you will not be disappointed if you buy from Quebec Acoustic.
