In 2001 I used ProjectorCentral to request quotes from half a dozen dealers. Only one was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and competitive - Richard Desjardins of Quebec Acoustic. He took the time to look at photos of my cinema room-to-be and to make recommendations. For several years I had a great set-up. Early 2008 I asked Richard for suggestions for a new projector. Again he was knowledgeable and helpful, without applying any pressure. When I made a decision, the unit was shipped the next day and arrived the day after that. The set-up was straightforward, as promised, and my family and I are delighted with the picture. Quebec Acoustic is the best supplier I have, of any high-value product/service, in any industry. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted this dealer and was immediately impressed with their knowledge of the products. I purchased a Grandview tab tension screen and an Epson Home Cinema 720 projector). I received it within 2 weeks and installed it myself. I encountered a couple questions during my installation and they were right there on the phone to answer and help me. Richard is Amazing person. I have purchased the JVC DLA-RS1 from Quebec Acoustic and like promised, it was an awesome projector. I have installed it and no tweeking with colors or brightness, works AWESOME. I can't still beleive my eyes when watching hd with this baby. the only drawback from this unit is that its so quiet that I dont know if this baby is on or off LOL ( yes i know, your probably telling me, look at the light stoopid :-) ) it was a joke.heheheh anyway, keep up the good work Richard, I will only by from quebec acoustics from now on :-).

Just bought an Epson Powerlite Pro Cinema 1080UB and Stewart Firehawk screen from Richard at QuebecAcoustic. I was very impressed with the service I received. My calls and emails were always responded to quickly and his advice was excellent. The prices were very competitive and everything arrived quickly. Wow nothing was easier. Richard was referred to me by a client of mine. Now doing research on the internet for a projector to buy can be confusing enough. Richard took the time to educate me even more about what to purchase. I ended up buying the Sanyo projector he suggested. Not too sure what screen to buy and hearing horror stories from friends on them not being happy with their purchases online from other companies I decided to by the GOO paint and do it myself. Over 1 year later we are still enjoying our purchase and referring people to Richard.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my purchasing experience with Richard from Quebec Acoustic. Before purchasing my projector I did a lot of research and found his prices to be some of the most competitive that could be found. The information that I received was top notch and confirmed all that I have read in my research. I ordered three products from Richard and shipping was arranged soon after placing my order. However the shipping carrier had some issues and lost, of course the most important item of the three....the projector. Not long after and placing a trace on the package I talked to Richard and we discussed the length of time a search would take. The next day a new replacement projector was sent out by Richard to account for the error the shipping company made. Excellent communication, customer service, competitive pricing make Richard and Quebec Acoustic the obvious choice when purchasing AV equipment and products. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I would like to take a few minutes to express my sincere thanks to Richard for, once again, providing me with the best customer service one could ever ask for!! I had bought a projector from Quebec Acoustic about a year and half ago and recently, acquired a power conditioner from them as well. The delivery of the power conditioner was quick, the cost was extremely competitive and the professional advice went well above what I am now accustomed from the big box stores. I would encourage anyone who is the market for new audio/video gear to STRONGLY consider Quebec Acoustic. I am convinced they will exceed any of your expectations, I know that for me, if Quebec Acoustic sells what I am looking for, there is no doubt that my hard earned money will be in their hands!! I found Quebec Acoustic through this web site. Although I had lived in Montreal for 35 years, I had never heard of Q-A before. I called up Richard (Desjardins) 10 days before SuperBowl and asked him if he could find me a projector before SuperBowl. Richard explained that he was getting a ton of orders and that everyone wanted a pj for the big game. That aside he promised me that he would get one to me even though he didnt have the one I wanted in stock (because of pre-SuperBowl business). Lo and behold this Monday, I get an email with my invoice and a shipment tracking number. Sadly though, UPS did not enter the shipping information correctly and the projector was slated to get to my home AFTER the SuperBowl. I then informed Richard of this. He called me back a little later and resolved the situation by sending a second projector to me overnight. Guess what, the projector is at home getting setup for the big game this Sunday. I have NEVER seen such commitment to service ever. If I could rate Quebec Acoustic a 10 out of 5 that is exactly what I would do! Richard, Thank you very much!!! Bill P.S. I forgot to mention that Richard steered me towards a projector that I wasn't considering ($$$) but he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. What a great guy! :D
