Originally ordered a Sony, but with the earth quake and production issues went with the JVC DLA-RS40. Richard was quick to ship, and even helped with the right mount after ordering the Sony mount.

Richard answered all my questions prior to the order and gave an honest recommendation for a less expensive HD projector over another model that I originally had in mind. I really appreciate such seller honesty. He also gave me a very accurate estimate of when the next arrival of inventory was expected and called me back the day it arrived to confirm availability. I opted to drive the 60 km to pick it up and he showed me the Goo Paint screen in their showroom and the picture quality I could expect. I was impressed. No fancy sales glitter, just straightforward facts and answers.

I drove to Montreal for the Grand Prix last summer and purchased an Epson 8500 UB. It was great to meet Richard personally after speaking to him on the phone.
