J'ai fait l'achat d'un projecteur Epson 8350, un système de son Onkyo Ht-S9300THX et un lecteur DVD Sony BDP-S370 bref, tout le nécesaire pour monter notre cinéma maison. Moi qui n'y connaissais rien, je me suis trouvé très bien conseillé. Tout s'est très bien passé. Excellent service, Richard m'a conseillé selon mon budget sans aucune pression. Merci aussi а l'équipe pour son honnêteté concernant les micro projecteurs de poche : préférant perdre une vente plutôt que de me vendre quelque chose qui ne convienne pas а mes besoins. Je me tiens au courant et c'est très certainement chez vous que je ferai l'achat... l'honnêteté est une qualité très recherchée chez les "vendeurs". Merci а Richard et а toute l'équipe.

Unfortunately our new house isn't finished yet so we can't set up the screen and projector in our dedicated media room. We couldn't wait so we set up the items in our son's unfinished basement instead. The screen is fabulous, was easy to install and worked right out of the box. The support brackets were easy to install. The Epson projector is awesome and throws a clear and bright image. We're very pleased with our purchase. Thanks for your help in choosing the right components for our media room.

I bought the Epson 8350 and a GrandView screen.
I could not make up my mind between the Epson and the Optoma HD20.
Richard explained everything and I am very happy with my purchase. Well worth the extra 200$!
Richard's prices are great, comparable (if not cheaper) than web sites without the worry of duty and delay of shipping.Great to do business with.

Purchased the Epson 8500 UB, Grandview screen, Pioneer Elite receiver and Pionner Elite BR. Richard gave me great advice and made sure I had a screen size that fit my room and gave me the best results for hockey and football games. The service was great, got all my products and great prices.

Wanted to buy Panasonic, Rich tols me Epson's new model 8700 ub was better, he was right. got to see his showroom, i was convinced ! i got the right screen for the right price (others were trying to sell me more expensive ones with no need to). i highly recomend Quebec Acoustics! they know what they're going!

Je voulais remplacer mon projecteur Panasonic vieux de 8 ans. Après un courriel et un appel je suis allé visiter Richard. Il a rйpondu patiemment а toutes mes questions. Aucune pression désagréable de vente. J'ai été un des premiers clients au Canada а me procurer un nouveau JVC DLA-HD250Pro grвce au travail de Richard, Jamais je pensais pouvoir posséder un JVC. Service après vente facile et sans discussion. Je suis plus que satisfait de mon projecteur, un monde de différence d'avec le précédent, j'en profite tous les jours. J'ai aussi acheté un ampli Onkyo TX-NR808, livré dans le délai prévu. Sans insister Richard m'a fait voir toutes les caractéristiques utiles de l'appareil. J'en suis encore а découvrir toutes les possibilités de celui-ci qui répond а mes attentes. Je recommande QuebecAcoustic а mes amis comme l'un d'eux m'avait suggéré d'aller voir Richard.
