After many months of self research on projector home setups. I stumbled on Quebec Acoustic website. Richard was the on the ball and handled all my concerns and logistics getting hardware to me. I recently purchased a large projection screen, through Quebec Acoustic. I work at a gaming facility with a large conference space, we have several other projectors and screens all of which I had the joy of installing. I have to complement Quebec Acoustic, the projection screen we purchased from them was easy to wire included mounting brackets and a remote control. All the other screens I installed had to be hard wired in directly and I had to purchase separate control switches to operate them. I was also impressed with how quickly the product was delivered.

Always prompt with a quote and answers to any questions I had. When it was time to pull the trigger he even recommended the cheaper shipping and that he'd have it here in the same amount of time as the 1-Day air travel by ground and low and behold, he did. Excellent service and the product arrive super quick and in top not condition. Don't hesitate to use Richard.

Price was lower than anywhere after a two week extensive search of the internet. Super fast shipping and not a single hassle. I'd reccomend these guys to anyone.

I just wanted to thank you for making my projector (Epson 8500ub) purchase so painless. You had the best price hands down compared to any of the other retailers I'd been considering (NCIX, direct from Epson, etc....). 
I will recommend your shop to any of my friends considering AV equipment in the future. By the way, the Goo paint worked out very nicely and looks great for the 140" diagonal I have set up. I hope you'll be able to give me good pricing on spare bulbs when I need them!

It was a pleasure to purchase my new BenQ W6000 projector and spare lamp from Richard at Quebec Acoustic. I found Richard to be both knowledgeable and helpful in my search for just the right projector. When it came to price, Quebec Acoustic had by far the best prices, charged only GST and shipped free of charge by courier. Quoted prices were actually better than competing prices on Ebay for the same product. Inflated shipping charges, currency exchange costs, import duties and brokerage fees on top of Ebay prices wiped out any possible price advantage. If you're in the market for a home theater product and are looking for wide selection and great deal, give Richard at Quebec Acoustic a call. A truly great Canadian business.

I bought a Sanyo Z4 projector here three years ago, and was very satisfied with the experience at QuebecAcoustic. Un immense merci à Patrice Desjardins pour ses conseils judicieux lors de l'achat de notre projecteur et de notre écran motorisé. Notre bureau a acquis du matériel qui correspond tout a fait à nos besoins et à un prix très compétitif. J'ai appelé le mercredi et le lundi suivant, tout était installé. Je voulais remplacer mon projecteur Panasonic vieux de 8 ans. Après un courriel et un appel je suis allé visiter Richard. Il a répondu patiemment à toutes mes questions. Aucune pression désagréable de vente. J'ai été un des premiers clients au Canada à me procurer un nouveau JVC DLA-HD250Pro grâce au travail de Richard, Jamais je pensais pouvoir posséder un JVC. Service après vente facile et sans discussion. Je suis plus que satisfait de mon projecteur, un monde de différence d'avec le précédent, j'en profite tous les jours. J'ai aussi acheté un ampli Onkyo TX-NR808, livré dans le délai prévu. Sans insister Richard m'a fait voir toutes les caractéristiques utiles de l'appareil. J'en suis encore à découvrir toutes les possibilités de celui-ci qui répond à mes attentes. Je recommande QuebecAcoustic à mes amis comme l'un d'eux m'avait suggéré d'aller voir Richard.
