My decision to finally purchase a PJ took almost 6 months. Richard replied to all my emails requesting information and even though I changed direction several times, he was always courteous and informative. I finally decided on a JVC DLA-RS15 and so far, it looks great. I would definitely do business again.

Emailed him the night before, bought before 11am the next day and got the ae3000 and screen the next freaking day. rich had a great deal. 10% off screen a $100 less than my local M/O and had a special free bulb. ya i am a loser like you, researching , looking for the best price, comparing. i cant see how rich can let you down.

I just bought the Sanyo PLV-Z700 from Quebec Acoustic. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. The good part is that you save 8% PST if you purchase from Ontario, to me the saving was far enough to buy a 20' HDMI cable. I definitely recommend this store to any friends who want to buy a projector.

The only thing that was missed in the shipment was the Mail-in Rebate form, which was not a big deal since I could downlowd the form online anyway.

I recently purchased an Epson 6100 projector from Richard. I tend to research purchases a great deal, and found that Richard at Quebec Acoustic not only had by far the best deal on the product,but also was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and responsive. The projector arrived within 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. Whether purchasing for my home or my Church, I will be turning to Richard first. My only regret is that I only discovered Quebec Acoustic now and not years ago! He earned my business, he deserves yours!

I had the best experience ordering from Richard. His prices were EXTREMELY competitive, so much so I canceled my order with another retailer because Richard made me an offer I couldn't refuse. My order was delivered less than 24 hours later on a Saturday! Richard is helpful, he listens when u speak and he answers the questions you ask him, not the ones he might prefer to answer. Richard replied to my phone calls - every last one of them - and he also replied to my e-mails. He delivered exactly what he said he would deliver, and he delivered it exactly at the time he said he would do that...

Après plusieurs appels à Ottawa et Gatineau j'ai réalisé que les experts en projecteur sont rares dans l'Outaouais et j'ai découvert Québec Acoustique par le biais du site Projector Central. Le service et le délais de livraison ont été excellents et j'ai le parfait projecteur pour mon nouveau simulateur de golf :-))) merci!
