I had the best experience ordering from Richard. His prices were EXTREMELY competitive, so much so I canceled my order with another retailer because Richard made me an offer I couldn't refuse. My order was delivered less than 24 hours later on a Saturday! Richard is helpful, he listens when u speak and he answers the questions you ask him, not the ones he might prefer to answer. Richard replied to my phone calls - every last one of them - and he also replied to my e-mails. He delivered exactly what he said he would deliver, and he delivered it exactly at the time he said he would do that...

I purchased a JVC RS 20 from Richard in March and I can say that from the pre-sale right through to after sales questions, Richard always had time to answer my queries promptly whether by e-mail or in person on the phone. That is certainly a rarity these days where good customer service is hard to find.
His prices are very competitive, he shipped when he said he would, I received my projector in less than a week and it arrived trouble free and in perfect shape.
I am also going to upgrading my screen but I am having some challenges deciding whether or not to go with the DaLite HP material. Richard was nice enough to ship me out a generous 2' X 2' sample of the HP material to test drive. Again going the extra mile to help his customers.

I would certainly give Richard and Quebec Acoustics my highest recommendation. He is very knowledgable regarding the products he sells. You can certainly deal with him in complete confidence.

Richard I have to say is the most professional seller on the website I have met, certainly had all the time for me in all the questions I raised to him via email, and each time his response was professional and more important helpful in making me decide on the purchase of a projector screen (Grandview 106" Fixed);

I just bought an Epson 6500UB from him on the 24th. I installed everything on the ceiling only to find out that my projector has a problem with the focus ring.Richard offered me to have his demo from his show room until I receive my replacement from Epson next week. Richard help me choose the right projector and screen for my budget home theater. Turns out I could afford a 1080p projector afterall. I feel you have given me the best and honest answers out there stright up answer to questions, and knows what he is taking about. The patience shown by Richard over the past 3 months( when I started enquiring), has been truly of a professional. I purchased the Panasonic pt ae3000u, and as promised he delivered the product , and much to the delight of the family, in time for my daughters birthday.
