Shipping Delays
Ground Shipping is usually 1-2 days in Quebec and Ontario and up to a week for western provinces, if you require faster delivery please mention it to your representative, a surcharge will apply.
Items are not generally shipped on weekends or holidays.
Special Order, Backorder/out of stock items or Shipping delays
We will notify you by email or by telephone if the item you order is a special order or on backorder with the manufacturer.
We do our very best to maintain accurate stock levels but occasionally there may be shortages of some products. We cannot be held liable for such situations or for shipping delays. Quebec Acoustic reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders subject to full refunds being issued.
Shipping Acceptance & Problems
Any costs incurred due to refused shipments (except damaged), orders cancelled after shipment, orders cancelled after they are placed with our distributors and manufactures, change of address after shipment, incorrect addresses on original orders (when customers fault) may be subject to a non-refundable service fee, this will be deducted from refunds. Once delivered, merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
Shipping & Risks during Shipping
When products are shipped to you by common carrier, Quebec Acoustic's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate request when placing your order with Quebec Acoustic.
Shipping on order over 100$ does not include Insurance. Under no circumstance shall Quebec Acoustic be liable for any cost associated with lost or damaged freight, All freight claims must be made directly with the carrier. Ask your reprensentative for additional shipping insurance.
