Description
The MX-DAC combines audiophile-grade performance with a compact form factor. After years of meticulous research and development, we are thrilled to introduce the MX-DAC with DSD support. Featuring groundbreaking technical innovations, exceptional performance, and impeccable build quality, the MX DAC offers unparalleled value for money.
The MX-DAC delivers exceptional performance across various metrics. It boasts ultra-low distortion, an impressively wide bandwidth, and minimal noise. In terms of technical performance, the MX-DAC stands shoulder to shoulder with any other DAC on the market, regardless of price. It exhibits a jitter rate of approximately 12pps, a signal-to-noise ratio of -116dB (A-weighted), a linearity of +0.2dB at -116dB, stereo separation of -104dB at 1kHz, a ruler-flat frequency response, and distortion levels of 0.00025% at 1kHz and 0.0003% at 20kHz. These state-of-the-art technical specifications underscore the nearly flawless implementation of our DAC, ensuring a completely neutral and precise digital-to-analog conversion for any digital input.
The MX DAC offers versatile inputs, including 2 coaxial inputs (supporting up to 24bit 192kHz PCM), 2 optical inputs (also supporting up to 24bit 192kHz PCM), and asynchronous USB connectivity, accommodating formats up to 24bit 192kHz PCM, as well as DSD 64 and DSD 128. Importantly, all inputs, whether from coaxial, optical, or USB sources, are processed in the DSD domain, providing a warm and organic sound quality that simple digital conversion cannot replicate.
The MX DAC features both single-ended and balanced outputs. The new MX series boasts a stunning visual design and impeccable build quality, with the front panel and housing crafted from custom-made extrusions using mil-spec aluminum.
