The V90-BLU5 HD is an advanced Bluetooth receiver designed for streaming Hi-Res music formats from smartphones, tablets, MACs, and PCs directly to your favorite HiFi system. It features an upgraded Bluetooth 5.0 standard, providing extended range and increased transmission bandwidth, along with aptX HD support. Unlike most Bluetooth receivers that rely on the integrated DAC within the Bluetooth chip itself, the V90-BLU5 HD takes the true high-end approach. It utilizes a separate DAC with re-clocking and up-sampling capabilities, powered by the top-tier Burr-Brown PCM1781D chip. This means that Bluetooth audio has never sounded this exceptional, and it offers a seamless integration into high-end audio systems where Bluetooth is used for serious listening. You can expect to retain all the warmth, detail, transparency, and dynamic range in your music, which is regrettably often lacking in other Bluetooth implementations.
