To me the measure of a vendor (Quebec Acoustic) is not how they are when things are good but their reaction when something is not right. I was one of those few folks who had a problem with my order. I phoned Richard (Quebec Acoustic) and explained my situation. Immediately Richard took over and before the end of the business day the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I will definitely buy from Quebec Acoustic again. Outstanding after order service.
