Due to cross border duties, processing fees and potential warranty trouble – Canadians are best to shop in Canada. Sometimes that means your choices are to pay higher prices, or run into unexpected issues. Not so with Quebec Acoustic. Dealing with Quebec Acoustic was great, their pricing was in line with some of the low US prices, and Richard was a great person to deal with. I had seen comments on the net about the good customer service from Quebec Acoustic – and they lived up to my high expectations. I would purchase from them again, and I’ve already recommended Quebec Acoustic to others based on my good experience.
