Just a quick note to let you know I installed the Sony HW50es over the weekend. The first demo disk I viewed was the opening sequence of Batman: The Dark Night (shot in IMAX). I had a big smile on my face – looked great. I still have to patch up holes in the ceiling from where the old projector was, so I haven’t had time to play with the settings. That being said, the factory defaults look very nice. Thanks again Richard. Ten years ago, I bought the NEC HT1000 from you, now the Sony and when the affordable 4k projectors come out in the next few years, I’m sure you’ll be hearing from again.
