A couple of years ago we bought a Stewart 110" Electric screen from QA. About a month after install the screen developed a wrinkle in a corner. Richard worked with Stewart Screens to get us a replacement screen asap (no additional shipping charges). The exchange was quick and no cost to us – we were very pleased. Prices and selection are good, but more importantly, after sales service was excellent also! Highly recommended. Karl
