I purchased the new JVC RS10. Richard shipped it out air so I’d have it a good week before Christmas. Unfortunately, there was a defect in the vertical lense shift requiring it to be replaced. Given the limited supply of these new projectors, the flight disruptions due to snow storms across the country, and the fact it was now 3 days before Christmas, my odds of gettting a replacement quickly were very slim. However, somehow Richard managed to do it. I had a replacement arrive via air by noon the next day. Great service! Pricing is one thing. But knowing the service and support is there in case something goes wrong is extremely important. Especially when making a fairly significant purchase. I highly recommend Quebec Acoustic.
