I drove to Montreal for the Grand Prix last summer and purchased an Epson 8500 UB. It was great to meet Richard personally after speaking to him on the phone. His advise was excellent, they did have the best price and I am totally satisfied with my home theater projector. Recently, I had a service issue and it was resolved on the same day through e-mail. Amazing!
