I would like to take this opportunity to share my purchasing experience with Richard from Quebec Acoustic. Before purchasing my projector I did a lot of research and found his prices to be some of the most competitive that could be found. The information that I received was top notch and confirmed all that I have read in my research. I ordered three products from Richard and shipping was arranged soon after placing my order. However the shipping carrier had some issues and lost, of course the most important item of the three….the projector. Not long after and placing a trace on the package I talked to Richard and we discussed the length of time a search would take. The next day a new replacement projector was sent out by Richard to account for the error the shipping company made. Excellent communication, customer service, competitive pricing make Richard and Quebec Acoustic the obvious choice when purchasing AV equipment and products. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
