I ordered by Sanyo PLV Z4/Elite screen from Quebec Acoustic, through Richard. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I had to make some last minute change to the screen size after I had placed my order (well I decided to re-arrange the room after the fact) But he was quite accomodating and responsive, even got confirmation from him on a Saturday that he will takecare of the screen. The projector and right screen arrived on time and in good condition.
