I have been dealing with Richard at Quebec Acoustics for probably five years , he is more like a friend than a salesman at this point. Customer service the best of any business I have dealt with in many years and that is a rarity these days. Prices are more than competitive,deliveries are always as quoted and he has the knowledge to back it up . This is my third projector and a multitude of other home theater components that I have purchased from him. I go back because of the great service, honesty and integrity.
