I have recently bought my second projector and screen from Richard since moving into my new residence. This time, as was the case before, the attention to service from Quebec Acoustic could not have been better. I had some damage to one of the screen components incurred during shipping- rather than having to deal with a claim process through the shipper, Richard did not hesitate to send out a replacement part at his expense directly. My experience with Richard and his company has exceeded what even a 5-star rating might imply for many other retailers.
