The patience shown by Richard over the past 3 months( when I started enquiring), has been truly of a professional. I purchased the Panasonic pt ae3000u, and as promised he delivered the product , and much to the delight of the family, in time for my daughters birthday. I would never hesitate to recommend him, and even though I have been to some of the stores in Ontario, I decided to buy the product through him, as they never even came close to his professionalism.
