I purchased a JVC RS 20 from Richard in March and I can say that from the pre-sale right through to after sales questions, Richard always had time to answer my queries promptly whether by e-mail or in person on the phone. That is certainly a rarity these days where good customer service is hard to find.
His prices are very competitive, he shipped when he said he would, I received my projector in less than a week and it arrived trouble free and in perfect shape.
I am also going to upgrading my screen but I am having some challenges deciding whether or not to go with the DaLite HP material. Richard was nice enough to ship me out a generous 2′ X 2′ sample of the HP material to test drive. Again going the extra mile to help his customers.

I would certainly give Richard and Quebec Acoustics my highest recommendation. He is very knowledgable regarding the products he sells. You can certainly deal with him in complete confidence.
