I purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z5 from Richard at Quebec Acoustic three weeks ago. Dealing with Richard was a treat. Customer service was excellent and shipping was extremely fast. I ordered on a Friday and received the projector on the following Monday. And the projector is stunning. After a recent terrible experience with another Canadian-based projector reseller, I’m happy to say my experience with Quebec Acoustic has renewed my faith in buying electronics online. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Richard again.
