The following sales policies apply to purchases made at the Quebec Acoustic store and via our website quebecacoustic.4.webint.ca

DELIVERY POLICY

We are delighted to offer you an efficient and convenient delivery service to allow you to receive your items quickly and with peace of mind. Please read the details of our delivery policy below carefully:

  • Free Delivery: Delivery is free for all orders of a value of $75 CAD or more, before taxes. However, please note that this free delivery offer does not apply to certain regions of Canada that are not eligible.
  • Fast delivery
    • Quebec and Ontario: Receive your item the next day if the order was placed before noon.
    • Other provinces: Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 days.
  • Quick Order Processing : All orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. We also offer a service of included expedited delivery, known as "overnight shipping", for customers located in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
  • Delivery Destinations : Please note that we make deliveries only in Canada. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international deliveries at this time.
  • Signature Required : To ensure the security of your order, a signature is required upon receipt of the package. This allows us to ensure that your item reaches you safely and is not handed over to an unauthorized third party.
  • Delivery Advice : We suggest you choose a delivery address where you or someone trustworthy can receive the package. If you do not plan to be at home during the delivery, we recommend choosing an address where someone can receive the package in your absence.

SPECIAL ORDER

Any purchase of a product requiring a special order will be considered as a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

 

REFUND

Upon presentation of the original invoice, we will refund the new, unused and sealed in original packaging merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Any refund will be made according to the method of payment used during the purchase. Please note that if you have paid a delivery fee, they will not be refunded. The delivery costs to return the goods if necessary, are the responsibility of the customer.

If the products have been used or the boxes are unsealed, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the subtotal before taxes. You must still have the original boxes and accessories and everything in perfect condition. Items deemed to be in poor condition will not be refunded. Any refund will be made according to the method of payment used during the purchase.

*The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: projector lamps, cut or custom cabling, cartridges for turntables, furniture, headphones for hygiene reasons, DAP's (digital audio player), paint and products in liquidation.

EXCHANGE

Upon presentation of the original invoice, we will exchange any new, unused and sealed in original packaging equipment within 15 days of purchase with no restocking fee. Delivery costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

If the products were used or the boxes unsealed, only an exchange for products of equal of greater value will be allowed and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the original amount paid. You must still have the original boxes and accessories, and everything in perfect condition. Items deemed to be in poor condition will not be exchanged.

*The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: projector lamps, cut or custom cabling, cartridges for turntables, furniture, headphones for hygiene reasons, DAP's (digital audio player), paint and products in liquidation.

 

GUARANTEE

Upon presentation of our original store invoice, we will exchange any defective product within the first 15 days of their purchases, without any additional charge. Subject to our terms in Note 1 below.

Thereafter and for the remaining term of the manufacturer's warranty, the products will be repaired or exchanged according to the terms of the manufacturer. Still subject to our terms in Note 1 below. Delivery charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Note 1 : This warranty does not cover: accidental breakage, misuse or abusive use of equipment, problems related or caused by electric current, lightning or any other disaster.
